  • From LPH Law Clients:

Lori has represented companies that I lead for more than thirty years. She is smart, hardworking, tough-minded and thinks outside the box to find solutions to complex matters. She is a great example of the rare attorney who always keeps her client front of mind to find the solution they are seeking verses constant compromises. Without exception, every representation that Lori has been involved resulted in the desired outcome.

Lori is the best environmental, health, and safety lawyer I know. I worked with her for ten years while I was the head of EHS for a Fortune 500 company. She has extensive knowledge and experience in EHS regulations and interpretations. She provided valuable insight which led to winning strategies. She has a great reputation among government agencies as well as industry leaders. She is an excellent communicator and has the highest level of professionalism.

  • From LPH Law Clients:

As an out-of-town developer working on a project with known soil and groundwater contamination, we needed environmental counsel with a depth of knowledge, experience and local and state contacts. Lori fit the bill perfectly. Her depth of regulatory experience and industry contacts was invaluable. She is practical, creative, and solution-oriented.

For over 20 years, I have relied on Lori’s environmental expertise in the development of Innovation Quarter. This development encompassed the assembly of over 300 acres of land and the development of over 2 million square feet of lab, office residential and retail buildings. Phase 2 has been recently announced and is projected to create an additional 2 million square feet of mixed use development. Innovation Quarter is now one of the leading innovation districts in the world. Lori has been an exceptional resource providing knowledgeable, strategic, efficient and responsive counsel. She has superior negotiating skills and is a supportive team player.
